The position
The assignment as Deputy CEO is based on close and prestigious collaboration with the company's CEO, who has the strategic overall and ultimate responsibility for the company. As the position is new, content and assignments can be adapted over time. You will report to the CEO.
Together with employees, you are responsible for developing the company's ability to act on assignment in accordance with the company's vision and future goals and initiatives forward. You have a responsibility to develop the business internally as well as contribute to entering an international market in the USA. Your business language is English, hough today most of the staff are Swedish speakers, we are working towards becoming more international . You have a clear delivery assignment to largely independently responsible for goal fulfillment both internally and externally. The role includes personnel and performance responsibility.
Requirements
We are looking for those who have many years of experience in strategic management work with good results, preferably in a medium-sized organization. Merit is if you have experience from the IT and technology industries and have experience from corporate forms. You have a relevant academic degree. The position places high demands on a holistic view, knowledge of organizational development, growth and the ability to create good relationships. You live up to Codemill's leadership criteria; ability to influence others, responsiveness, high social security, change orientation, goal and result orientation, analytical ability, communicative and enthusiastic.
You share Codemill's vision, goals and approach by practicing coaching leadership in action.
