hela Sverige Are you ready for an exciting leader role in an expanding area? As Deployment Lead for our New Business Online within IT Logistics Warehouse Online 3PL you will, together with a great team, work in line with IT2020 to take our warehouse solutions for online to the next level.

As a Deployment lead you will work closely with Logistics business, vendors and H&M 's programs. The Deployment Lead needs to be able to switch from coordinating others to understand operational details to support the Service. This requires high skills within communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on solving problems.
You as a Deployment Lead are important to succeed with our journey to strengthen application management capability, by aligning it closer to development for full service delivery responsibility. We are changing the responsibilities within this role, meaning you will have the possibility to influence parts of your way of working.
This is truly a global role where you also will have a lot of contact with local warehouses/logistic sites all around the world. The role will work closely with other functions, e.g. Global Logistics, 3PL vendors and other IT entities.
Your responsibilities
The job as a Deployment Lead comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your main areas of responsibility include:
• Hold decision meetings for deployment and release go/no go
• Make sure go/no go decisions are communicated, well-grounded and established with all stakeholders
• Communicate with all relevant stakeholders such as vendors and H&M IT
• Plan deployments in cooperation with other functions
• Developing and maintaining a yearly release plan for the whole in detail, for our e-commerce retail platform
• Check that projects are on track with deliverables according to said plan
• Be responsible for coordinating deployments (deployment is done outside of office hours) i.e. plan and coordinate execution of deployments and smoke tests
• Communicate about the release plan and manage issues that arise with stakeholders within H&M IT
• Be the SPOC for everything related to our releases, within both IT and Business
• Work closely with Release managers within other programs and platforms
• Have some understanding of the functionality in each release in order to comprehend which dependencies exist and which stakeholders must be involved.
• Contribute to setting up and executing agile ways of working
• 5 years of experience from Release and Deployment Management or equivalent experience
• An understanding of digital media and the technical aspects concerning web, e-commerce platforms and content management
• Good leadership skills
• Experience from working within Supply chain/Logistics
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience of working with services and vendors
• Experience from working within a global organization
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• You are driven, well-structured in your work and excellent in fact-based decision-making
• You have a holistic view and are proactive
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
