hela Sverige Are you experienced in release coordination, global roll outs, development and implementation projects? We are looking for a Deploy & Change Coordinator to join a dynamic team within our Infrastructure and Operation division with the focus to ensure high quality in our IT deliveries.
Our Application Operation team is looking for a Deploy & Change Coordinator for the area Buying Office and Production Office (BOPO) Applications. The Major releases occur normally six times a year, where many systems release new functionality to production at the same time. As a Deploy & Change Coordinator your main responsibilities includes planning deployment test and deploy to production, securing resources, communicating information to stakeholders and coordinating teams. You will also have close cooperation with Development Release Project. You will drive deployment process and actively work to automate the deployment steps. One of the challenges is to set up delivery process for minor releases.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Deployment Coordinator & Change Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Planning deployment test
• Coordinate deployment of Major and Minor releases
• Drive process improvements and deployment efficiency
• Manage and control of Off shore deliveries

Your skills and experience include:
• 5 years of experience in project/line management
• Ability to plan and manage projects in complex situations in a global environment
• Experience of global roll-out projects
• Experience of development projects
• RFI/RFP experience
• Experience in requirements work on purchases of services
• Knowledge in PPS or other equivalent project model and ITIL
• Have understanding and insight into technology and infrastructure/operations in an overall level
• You have a technical understanding and can communicate on a technical level regarding dependencies between systems
• Your focus is both on the big picture as well as on the details
• Good communication skills in English or Swedish
