UNITE Deploy Manager
The programme is responsible for the development (including design, build and testing) of a central template and its deployment; and all activities are carried out through projects. The overall programme is steered by the business represented by a transformation community that provides requirements and deployment roadmap to meet the future SKF.
We are looking for project managers to participate to the deployment of the Sales & Finance and Factory UNITE Template.
They will be responsible for driving business projects according to the standard Project methodology within SKF (GPM2) to ensure timely progress and a structured reporting towards Business Management. This role will be complemented by an IT Project Manager in the project.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure business requirements are documented in the standardized tool.
Work with our customers to insure high quality deliverables
Engage with key stakeholders to insure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
Manage project scope based on stakeholder requirements
Manage project execution within assigned timing and funds
Ensure business change management
Manage organizational and competence impacts and development
Create stakeholder analysis
Create/validate/execute communication plan
Ensure As-is process and To-Be processes are described
Create/validate User acceptance test plan
Manage project go-live acceptance criteria
Ensure handover to production (based on hyper-care exit criteria)
Your profile
Min five years of experience in Sales or Finance management role (for the Sales & Finance Template deploy manager) or Manufacturing or Supply Chain management role (for the Factory template deploy manager);
Min three years in Project Management preferably with international scope;
Experience of SAP or other ERP implementation projects is an advantage;
Fluent in English is a prerequisite;
Certification as a Project Manager (GPM2 or PRINCE2) is preferred;
Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment;
You have a focus on the objectives and find ways to reach them; you are committed to deliver within time and budget frames;
You have successful experience in interacting with senior management and stakeholders to generate commitment and drive for business change;
Proven success in coaching, leading, motivating and developing team members; good leadership experience from leading multicultural teams in multiple locations;
Proven experience in working in a complex environment managing uncertainty and challenges.
Some additional information for you
If you are based in Goteborg, traveling will be required on average every second week to the deployment sites.
If you are based elsewhere, travelling will be required almost every week alternating Goteborg and deployment sites.
Presence on-site is expected from Tuesday morning till Thursday COB.
Traveling will not be scheduled during summer and Christmas vacation periods, or public holidays.
Exceptions to the above, due to critical milestones or periods (e.g. cut-over, go-live, hyper-care), will be planned and agreed in advance. Local contract only within EMEA.
