We collect our data through doctors via telephone, face-to-face or WEB based interviews.
We are currently searching for a Department Manager for our panel management department based in Gothenburg.
Position Purpose:
Manage personnel and ensure quality, timeliness as well as ensuring the Panels keep to budget in accordance with agreed Assignment descriptions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage, motivate, develop Panel administrators and other team members as well as ensuring team goals are met. Implement and work with key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive both internal and external client satisfaction.
Performs senior level accountabilities. Oversee all functions involved with production processing. Be proactive in implementing changes in way of working, short and long term, as required by client commitments.
Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
Coordinate with production related functions within Local offices, Statistical Office, IMS production hubs, Systems & Methodology unit and Business Line.
Manage production budget incl. being a speaking partner for the Data Collection Director within the budget process. Work continuously with follow up and reports of results vs. budgets. Cost effective mindset.
Minimum education, Experience and Specialized Knowledge Required
Bachelor’s degree education or equivalent. 3-5 years work experience in Primary Research or an equivalent environment would be preferable. Experience of or a proven capability in coaching and managing staff and from handling a complex working environment and project coordination.
In general you are professional in communicating, a team player, able to collaborate within multiple projects, handle priorities with high energy levels and to maintain a proactive engaged approach to a complex process. Medical background could be an advantage but is not required. Excellent skills in Swedish and English are essential.
