Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
You work closely with our Visual Merchandisers to create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers.
Continuously follow up sales reports and KPIs.
You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results.
Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service.
Qualifications
You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
You enjoy working with a diverse team.
You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team's work.
You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
You are flexible and able to adapt to different circumstances.
You have experience in working in a high traffic retail environment, managing a team and providing a high level of customer service.
