hela Sverige SEPHORA is looking for a Department Manager to our store in Nacka Forum, Stockholm
SEPHORA is divided into three different departments - Make-up, Skincare and Perfume. We are looking for a Department Manager for our make-up department. As a Department Manager, you are the role model of your team and must therefore at all times perform excellent customer service and sales in perfect alliance with SEPHORAs concepts and standards. You are responsible for following up on sales goals and in-store presentations. Besides this you are responsible of managing, motivating and developing your team. As Department Manager you are referring directly to the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
• You have 3-5 years of experience within retail and customer service
• You have great skills within make-up
• Minimum of three years of experience within management and know how to develop your employees and their competencies
• You are passionate about the beauty and fragrance industry
• You are capable of keeping deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics
• You are proficient in Swedish and English
