As a Demand Planner, you will be expected to execute the volume forecasting for Foods category products in Sweden and to be a key player in the Sales & Operation Planning Process within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver integrated volume plan (0-24 months) for your portfolio
• Highlight gaps in the demand plan in order to reach accurate volume forecast and lowest possible obsolete costs
• Understand past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities
• Understand and apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons
• Report, analyze and deliver KPIs (Volume Bias, Volume Accuracy, Customer Case Fill on Time)
• Deliver excellent communication to internal customers
• Support Sales & Operation Planning Process with good quality, statistical volume forecast
Background:
You should have at least 3 years of working experience within the Supply Chain. Ideally you have working knowledge of SAP/R3 and APO. You need to be fluent in one of our Nordic languages and English - both spoken and written.
The right candidate needs to take ownership, have service mindset and ability to build relationships. It is also important that you have proactive approach to issues and opportunities, and that you have ability to think and act across function and along processes. We also want you to be analytic and structured together with a good team spirit and communication skills. Experience from working within Sales is a plus.
