For our client we are looking for a Demand Planner.

The main objective of this role is to create the demand plans (weekly and monthly) for Market Unit Nordic and Baltics (MU NOBA) region as basis for short-term volume optimisation and as basis for long-term material drive and investment decisions.
It will require a deep analysis of demand developments to drive the execution of proper sales decisions and the allocation of volume for constrained products inside the MU. The main interfaces will be the MU Head, BC&P Head, local BC&P team, MU Sales team and Region Europe Demand Planning.

The Demand Planner will have regular weekly meetings with the sales teams to validate forecasts and to drive appropriate challenge and support on a product and customer level.
He/She will also be included as part of the MU Management meeting to update the management team on demand/supply/forecast issues.

Required skills:
• Demand Planning in a consumer product environment (B2B/B2C)
• Commercial understanding and business knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and process understanding
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Fluent in English
• Degree level education
• Self starter and fast learner

Preferred skills:
• Previous experience in a multi-national corporate environment
• SAP experience / SAP IBP experience
• Strong presentation skills

Travels: Small amount (London and/or Nordic markets)
