hela Sverige We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to our Supply Chain Planning team which is part of the Supply Chain organization in Uppsala. You will play a key role in a team of eight persons and manage an important function within Supply Chain. You will work in an international environment with frequent contacts with our marketing companies worldwide and with different stakeholders of our global supply chain organization. You will meet regularly with key functions within the plant and be involved in projects. About the role
As a Demand and Supply Planner you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* collect, consolidate och analyze demand and supply plans from the market and ensure that time plans are being met
* build long term relationships with your key contacts in the marketing companies
* system administration of base data and supply parameters in our planning system
* establish shipment plans for all products manufactured in Uppsala and from CMOs
* build and apply allocation models to ensure supply to all markets
* consolidate market demand, analyze and contribute with market knowledge to launch strategies and projects
* lead S&OP meetings with stakeholders from different markets and CMOs
* manage and drive budget work annually for supply chain planning
* drive innovation and standardization of processes
About you
You have a proven track record from a similar position and an understanding of the Sales & Operations processes. You have a university degree, as a minimum Bachelor of Science.
We also expect you to be experienced within the Sales Analysis and Demand Planning area, preferably having experiences in Data Warehousing and of ERP systems. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and bring a positive attitude. You are customer focused and can maintain a high service level even at times of high pressure. You are structured, analytical and have the ability to listen and understand the complex context of a global organization in a market driven business.
