As a Demand and Supply Planner, you are in a key position to ensure product availability in our Nordic markets. You will act as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics and finance teams to define, maintain and develop optimal level of inventory. You will be responsible for driving the aged and excess finished goods loss process, to include target setting, proactive identification of risk areas across the product lifecycle, guidance to the business on areas of focus for the weekly and monthly cycle, and actions needed to maintain healthy inventories. As an output of the aged and excess process, this role will also inform finance teams to ensure that current and future risks are accounted for from a financial standpoint and will ensure that robust processes are in place to manage aged and excess finished goods. You will also be responsible to manage the replenishment planning, inbound logistics and drive cost improvements.
You report to Head of Logistics and S&OP, Fazer Lifestyle Foods and your primary location will be in Vantaa, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

What you'll bring to the team
The ideal candidate must combine exceptional analytical capabilities including the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of amenity in working with numbers. The individual must be able to demonstrate leadership and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and influence in a matrix organization. The candidate has a background in the manufacturing industry, and 3-5 years of experience in inventory management and logistics. You are proactive and independent, yet a good team player. Your proficiency is based on BBA/MBA/Master of Science in economics, engineering and you are passionate about your job and always ready to go an extra mile. You are fluent in English as well as in Swedish or Finnish.
