Within the Sales & Operation organization, we have the Supply and Demand Planning teams responsible for managing finished goods and accessories. This teams operates within a dynamic global S&OP framework and collaborates extensively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, product management and operations.
As a Demand & Supply Inventory planner you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who can support us with this progress. In this role it will include focus on supporting the region 1 Lachingen interface where SAP knowledge is big advantage. Supporting e-com business will also be in this role.
Success in this role relies on a deep comprehension of forecasting and planning best practices, a strong analytical and statistical skillset, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Examples of working tasks:
Apply future statistical projections and extrapolations based on historical sales data patterns and trends
Drive continuous process improvements
Coordinate product phase in/out
Inventory management
Stay in close collaboration with factories , suppliers and sales companies
Ensuring accurate reporting and monitor KPIs

An important part of the position is also to stay in close collaboration and communication with stakeholders such as Sales, Planners, Product management to understand markets, trends and other relevant information to create an accurate demand forecast and supply plans, but also to secure our company's goal and to serve our customers expectations.
About the organization
The S&OP Organization is responsible for the governance of aligning our sales, operational and financial plans. Within the Residential EPAC business unit, this team plays a key role in ensuring transparency of information and facilitating proactive decision-making across various functions. The S&OP process includes, among other things, the sub processes of creating demand, inventory and supply plans as well as monitoring the execution of these plans.
Additionally, the S&OP organization coordinates the flow of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. This department serves as the central hub for all communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, encompassing aspects such as forecasts, orders, and delivery information.
Who are you ?
To suit in this role, you should hold a University degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent work experience. Additionally, a deep understanding of supply chain processes is crucial.
You have a capability to work cross functional and extensive knowledge and understanding in analyze and model from different sources (including advanced Excel and PowerBi skills). Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish is a must.
Benefictial for the position is:
Prior experience in demand forecasting and/or supply planning.
Experience in SAP
Experience in other demand planning system as Logility
