Demand Management, O2D Process - Production & Industrial Maintenance
Order to Delivery IT is a function within Scania IT responsible for providing IT to Scania's production- and logistics units, includes among other things development and maintenance of IT solutions for production.
We are now looking for a profile in charge of Demand Management for the O2D (Order to Delivery) Process, Production & Industrial Maintenance.
Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from being a traditional truck manufacturer to becoming a provider of complete transport solutions. Our success requires smart IT solutions due to all the digitization taking place. As a result, Scania IT will be an important player in this change process.

Job description
In this role you have to understand business processes and provide technology guidance to ensure maximum return on investment for IT business strategy requirements.
Your main tasks will be:
• Create Roadmaps per business on services portfolio
• Make IT budget and run financial analysis
• Identify & startup of new customer demands
• Contribute in customer relationship
• Establish & maintain IT planning for Order to Delivery Process
• Manage Service Level Agreement and Follow-up
Being a key player in our Steering and Core processes, you will be a speaking partner evaluating IT demands from business. You will continuously participate in the Scania business development and ensure its satisfaction as well as lead governance of IT portfolio both for Demands/Services/Finances.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Among others you have good business and IT knowledge, as well as in in MES/SCADA and automation environment. Agile method and MS Excel Knowledge are also an advantage.
Furthermore you have: .Social capability who can build and establish a close relationship with our customer as well as internal Scania IT
• Ability to handle a lot of demands & assignments in parallel
• Knowledge about maintenance of application running in production
• Knowledge of IT architecture
• Experience as project manager for system development
