hela Sverige The Logistics and Demand Chain area is covering both the physical and information flow between our customers, warehouses, factories and suppliers. In Demand Chain we are globally responsible for all process from customer order entry via distribution planning, master production scheduling to supplier procurement and are continuously improving the setup of SKFs processes. We are currently building competence in Demand Chain Network and Order Routing process. To strengthen our Demand & Network Management Team we are searching for a motivated and experienced Demand Chain Network Analyst & Project Manager Job responsibilitiesAs a Demand Chain Network Analyst & Project Manager you will work with development of new IT tools in collaboration with SKF IT to support Network and Order Routing processes. * Replacement of existing isolated IT tools * Optimization of external and internal network * Design, development, implementation and management of Order Routing / SRAL process together with the key stakeholders: Sales, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing * Support and coordination with Integrated Planning and Global Planning Teams * User support of Order Routing / SRAL process * Drive network optimization through our technology platforms * Responsible for network data quality and constant work on improvements * Analysis and execution of analyses which are basis of improvement of Key Performance Indicators * Definition and modification of business logic Job requirements * University degree within IT * Strong experiences within the scope of Network processes and related data * A background within IT-systems/applications with an interest in IT-based analysis tools * Experience with BI and SKF Data Warehouses * Expertise in Agile Development Methodology along with experience working in a SCRUM team * Expertise in SQL is an advantage * Ability and high motivation to work across the organization with different stakeholders * Great communication skills in English * Willingness to travel Personal profile * Team player and the ability to create an atmosphere of trust and motivation * Analytic skills and the ability to identify areas of improvements * Ability to proactively take responsibility and initiatives * Personal drive to challenge conventional approaches * Ability to work in a global environment We offer * A good team atmosphere * A place to be innovative and to drive the development of our future Demand Chain * Possibility to work globally and across the entire organization Additional information The position holder should be located at one of SKFs main sites, preferably Gothenburg, Schweinfurt or Steyr. Local contract. The position reports to the Demand & Network Manager, who is located in Istanbul, Turkey.
