hela Sverige We are looking for a Demand and Supply Manager to AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry. If you want to work in an international environment where people and business are growing, this is the place for you!
You will have an important role in our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). The Demand and Supply Manager?s role is to run the Demand and Supply planning process with the output of production plans that satisfies the customer demand with the most effective solution. The planning horizon is 0-18 months.
The position requires both a deep knowledge about planning, products, customers and production assets, but also a high level of people management due to the large number of collaboration-partners.
Main tasks:
• Responsible for compiling and consolidating the input of data required for the demand forecasting
• Generate statistical forecasts and set the most adapted forecasting model per product and customer group
• Responsible for the monthly updated Supply Plan and needed input
• Translate demand and capacity situation into strategies for scheduling via SAP MRP data
• In collaboration with commercial and operations organization deliver on service level and inventory level targets
Job requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or corresponding education
• 3 years? experience in S&OP, Logistics and/or Planning and systems supporting these activities.
• Experience of Continuous Improvements tools.
• English language skills
