Manager Design Department Systems Division
In order to keep our position as world leader in Train Connection Systems (TCS), we need to strengthen our Design Department. We are now looking for Manager to further develop and carry our team in Vika, Falun, into the TCSystems. The role will mean global responsibilities and duties.
Job Description
As a manager, you will play an important role to meet our commitments regarding quality, time and cost as well as integration of the total concept of Train Connetion Systems.
Your tasks will be to manage a department with:
• System design
• Detail design
• Basic and complex calculations and validations
You will also:
• Be a major player in the integration of TCS concepts
• Participate in the process of continuous improvements
• Participate in meetings, both external and internal.
• As most of our customers are international, you must be prepared to travel when requested.
Qualifications
We appreciate personal qualities very high, but the following are required:
• Relevant education and experience
• Experience from similar industries
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Ability to independently solve problems even though you are a team player
You will interact with colleagues and customers all over the world and we assume you have an open attitude and ability to establish good relationship with colleagues. You are a responsible person and a team player. We also require that you share our Company values: Respect-Action-Joy-Team.
