hela Sverige Our awesome Business Tech department is growing. This is, of course, super-duper-fun! Now we need some more of our secret sauce - Oatsomeness! We are looking for a Delivery Team Lead that can help us evolve - with just enough structure to keep us moving in the speed of light.
THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN
The assignment is to (in very close collaboration with a Digital Product Owner) lead the product development team and help the team go from great.. to oatsome! You will be responsible for the staffing and personal development of the team members in combination with prioritizing the workload (the digital product backlog). As Team Lead you will lead by example (a.k.a not afraid of doing the stuff yourself) and continuously work with building a cross-functional team (avoiding becoming a group or "silo") and make sure we work and apply an agile mindset to our processes and tools.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead the cross-functional digital product development team
• Making sure team is working in an efficient way with focus on business value-generation
• Enabling and encouraging a lean and agile mindset and delivery mindset
• Staffing and recruitment for the delivery team
• Nurturing and enabling team members to grow and flourish
• Improve and drive collaboration cross-teams and cross-departments
• Set and deliver according to budget, financial responsibility
WHO ARE YOU
You have a passion for tech-driven business development combined with strong leadership skills (5+ years agile leadership experience and 3+ years of staff liability experience) and an awesome ability to inspire and motivate others. Of course, you are adaptable in your leadership style and have very strong adaption skills to your team and individual maturity and need. Your passion for helping teams and individuals to grow is genuine. You have a university degree in IT or equivalent in engineering field/computer sciences.
You have a Lean & Agile approach and mindset. To continuously and proactively find ways to improve our flows and value streams, comes naturally to you. Whenever needed, you have an ability to zoom-in and zoom-out and you are able to visualize problems, challenges and solutions. You have an ability to balance a high delivery focus factor with creating an innovative environment for the team.
If you have experience from working in a fast-growing organization - we consider it a merit. It is a big plus if you have experience from working in a similar role within logistics, manufacturing execution, customer engagement, online, BI & analytics or ERP & master data.
Did we say you are a humble and pragmatic person? (OK, we think you got it by now!). You thrive in fast-paced growth with semi-chaos (or even in pure chaos) and are both curious and bold. You are excellent at communicating, both verbally and written in English, and perhaps in Swedish.
