As a Delivery & Communication Coordinator you will be an essential piece of the performance management team to secure that we have the skills, the knowledge, and the tools to help our community get the most out of our products.
Your main responsibilities will be focusing on delivery coordination and release communication for one of our new products called My IT Delivery Portal.
You will:
Plan, create & organize communication, and business change activities for new releases
Perform content creation & updates of area and KPI pages
Coordinate and Implement improvements
Secure 100% alignment between Power BI content and SharePoint content
Create and promote release notes/features and content news
The product portfolio will evolve, and the tasks will widen to include more products and areas.
Organizational belonging:
You will be part of the Volvo Group Digital & IT organization. Firstly, to the Infrastructure and Onsite Services (IOS) department, with 600 employees worldwide. Secondly, to the Quality & Security (Q&S) department.
Quality & Security is a function providing all IT delivery team within Volvo Group the capacity to operate their IT quality and security efficiently. Our mission is functionally driving and steering IT quality and IT security across the entire IT delivery organization of the Volvo Group.
You will be reporting to the Performance Management manager in Q&S and work in close collaboration with Infrastructure & Operations teams, Application teams, Cyber Security, our suppliers (e.g. HCL) as well as other delivery units.
Your Background:
Graduate with at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field
At least 5 years of experience from similar roles including coordination and communication
Skilled in SharePoint and O365
Familiar with Agile way of working
Interested in and preferably skilled in usability area
Excellent communication & presentation skills since you will have strong stakeholder interactions from different stakeholders, inside and outside Volvo Group
Senior in leading yourself as well as comfortable leading others
Complete proficiency in English
Location:
The location for the position is Flexible but limited to our main sites in Sweden (Gothenburg or Skövde), France (Lyon), Belgium (Ghent) and Poland (Wroclaw).
