hela Sverige We are looking for a Delivery Manager with technical focus to lead a group of experts towards future success to H&M IT Logistics Transport and Trade.
IT Logistics within H&M covers the business processes of Transport, Trade and Distribution/Warehouse. We have the responsibility of H&M's global supply chain from the Producer countries to the Warehouses and out to the Stores/Customers. Distributions responsibility is to secure that business can plan, execute and follow up our outbound transports such as track & trace, service levels and costs for the Online channel and more. Our growth and expansion require a lot from our IT-solutions and put us in center for many exciting and important deliveries both in maintenance situations and ongoing pre-studies/projects.
As a Delivery Manager you will have the overall responsibility for deliveries in the area, including application management, rollout and further development. Your team is focusing on SAP GTS (Global Trade Solution). The solution will be implemented throughout the world by the team that consists of approx. 10 people (employees and consultants), as well as offshore collaborations regarding testing and support.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Delivery Manager within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and support team in their work
• Identify resources and skills needs to ensure current and future success in the functional area
• Maintain proactive and strategic thinking, while at the same time having good knowledge of the solution
• Together with the steering group, program offices, team members and other key stakeholders on a high level decide on scope, resources, quality and time
• A part of the job is to lead the application development, meaning working with setting scope and allocating resources
• Maintain the agreed schedule and budget
• Plan and execute Steering group meetings
• Monthly reporting to IT Service Responsible, ISR
• Several years' of experience of running projects / teams.
• Experience from implementation of standard systems (preferably SAP)
• Knowledge of Logistics / Supply Chain
• Experience from working in a large global organization with rollout and management of global systems
• Good at planning your and others' work, and able to handle many issues at the same time at a high pace
• Preferably experience from retail and information flows to and from stock
