The role
We are seeking a Delivery Manager/Project Manager to coordinate customer projects and ensure Kognic delivers high-quality annotation on time and with a high level of service. You'll work with customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers: setting goals, communicating progress, and building relationships.
You will primarily work with automotive customers at the forefront of autonomous driving and Physical AI model development. Together with the account team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality training data for these models.
You'll own project success by meeting deadlines and staying within budget. You'll collaboratively identify and solve problems early, ensuring our suppliers deliver what customers need on time. Your work directly impacts customer relationships and experience of working closely together with Kognic, meaning you will have an impact on our success and future growth. You, alongside the team, will work to enhance efficiency and actively share ideas, contributing to Kognics' ongoing evolution.
We are looking for you!We think you tick off most of the following items:
At least a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and/or project management
At least 5 years of Project management experience or equivalent, including driving supplier and customer management
Solid collaboration skills and proven experience in leading, motivating, and aligning competing demands - internally and externally.
Meritorious: having experience working in the tech or automotive industry
