We are now looking for a Delivery Manager Log Data Frontend
The potential and importance of big data and analytics services is becoming more and more obvious in our daily life. Within Volvo the aftermarket have been pioneering the operational use of analytics and data since many years in our LDA platform. Today we successfully enable e.g. predictive maintenance, remote services and field quality analytics. We are using a mix of solutions and technology both internally developed and sourced from suppliers like IBM, QLIK.
In this role you will be reporting to the SPDM/DM for Operational Analytic Services and you will be part of the Department Management team

Position description
In this role you will be accountable for one-time and runtime deliveries for Log Data Frontend. The LDA solution is being used by all Trucks brands, Buses, VCE and Penta. You will have full personnel responsibility for people reporting to you. As we continue our agile journey you will be a key driver in the change. The skilled and engaged team you will be leading is Global. In this position you will working closely together with the Delivery Manager Log Data Services.
Required competencies
• Strong aftermarket business and delivery experience
• Solid understanding of IT and preferably the aftermarket IT landscape
• Strong global leadership skills and experience in managing deliveries, projects and people
• Collaborates effectively
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Complete proficiency in English

• Shows strong customer focus to understand needs and build long-term relationships

Solution Center Volvo Trucks Aftermarket
Aftermarket services are critical to ensure a premium customer experience and guarantee long term customer loyalty. The Solution Center Volvo Trucks Aftermarket has the responsibility to deliver and optimize the associated IT solutions thereby continuously improving customer and user productivity in their daily operations. We enable a multitude of customer services like profitable spare parts sales, reliable quality monitoring and novel uptime services. We take pride to connect and collaborate in order to deliver our services in close agile cooperation both within the Volvo Group and with our suppliers.
