Your responsibilities
As a delivery manager you will be responsible for the Delivery Team and manage the entire delivery process, prioritize backlog and distribute resources accordingly. You will own what we deliver and when for all our products and be accountable for delivery times - which is currently a bottleneck in our growth journey .
You will support sales and be the point of contact for delivery for the entire organization and all markets. You will set up internal processes and become a product expert that knows the ins and outs of Metry product offerings.
Some of your and your Team's Tasks
• Pre-investigation: For key opportunities your team could get involved to manage expectations and ensure we can deliver what the customer asks for, for instance: investigating whether all the data the customer wants is available at a data source we have not yet connected. But it can also be more complex and technical questions for integrations.
• Project management: Some of our customers and markets have specific needs that result in a delivery project. You will own such projects and manage its internal and external stakeholders like the customer, partners, product managers and software developers.
• Prioritize backlog: You will prioritize deliveries and projects in relation to feasibility and our business strategy. You will also be responsible for estimating costs and resources needed.
• Delivery requirements. You will collect all the information needed to complete a delivery, for instance collecting IP-addresses and other technical details required to set up a new submetering system.
• Improving efficiency & processes. You will be a key stakeholder to the Data Collection Team and its product manager who can build better tools that help you improve delivery times.
We're looking for...
An experienced soul with a deep technical understanding and the capability to build up a delivery process from scratch. We think you have excellent communication skills and are used to communicating with all co-workers in a large organisation, as well as a variety of external stakeholders such as utility providers, property managers and sub-metering installers.
We believe you are a real people person who has the ability to motivate, encourage and coach your team to achieve their full potential. We think you are a team player that knows how to engage with stakeholders in a successful way.
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of professional project management experience in organisations, ideally across multiple departments
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience from delivering technical products and services
• Leadership experience
