MAS/DCL Solutions
MAS/DCL Solutions "Market and Sell Total Offer/Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty" is a global unit within Group IT. The mission of the unit is to ensure that the Volvo Group 's IT solutions and IT projects within the area of MAS/DCL are managed in an optimal way.

Solution Center Common Services
The Global Solution Center Common Services is the function, within MAS/DCL Solutions, that is managing delivery responsibilities for the core solutions in the area of Master Data, Portals, eCommerce and Mobility used all all Truck Brands and BA within the Volvo Group. The function has full responsibility for project deliveries as well as for runtime (cost, quality of service).
The function is staffed with its own resources, including experts in the corresponding MAS/DCL-area complemented with resources coming from the Shared IT Services organization. The function is supporting roadmap design and long term plan in its area and is responsible to drive deliveries according to the global solutions agenda.

Department Portals and eCom
The Department Portals and eCom is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the Portal area. The Department is also responsible for the management of all deliveries for eCom solutions on behalf of the MAS-DCL unit. The team has full responsibility of onetime (cost, scope, quality) and runtime deliveries (SLA fulfillment, cost, quality of service). The function consists of Solution Leader, Solution Experts Team Leaders , Solution Architects and Business Analysts, complemented with resources coming from Shared IT Service.

We are now looking for a Delivery Manager - Portals and eCom
In this role you will be reporting to the Director for Solution Center Common Services and you will be part of the Solution Center Common Services management team.

Key responsibilities
• Manage the one-time projects within the sub-portfolio and secure needed agreements
• Function as IT Readiness Forum Chairman and represent Group IT in business steering committees
• Manage the run-time cost and quality within the sub-portfolio and define priorities to stay within allocated budget as well as keeping a high quality
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the business stakeholders
• Actively benchmark the sub-portfolio with similar solutions, internal as well as external, in order to continuously provide a fit-for-purpose solution
• Contribute in the development of the road-map for the assigned sub-portfolio
• Manage decommissioning within the assigned sub-portfolio, if applicable
• Drive continuous improvement of the delivery
• Manage the assignment in accordance to the Solution Delivery Plan, manage agreed KPI's and PI's
• Plan for long-term capacity and competence management aligned with the solution road map
• People management in terms of recruitment, competence development, people review, salary setting etc
• Contribute to the development of the road-map
• Drive complaints on deliveries towards resolution and resolution of Major incidents
• Secure that all individual solutions within the assigned sub-portfolio continuously adhere to Volvo Group Policies, Directives and Guidelines
• Responsible for building an excellent cooperation across the domains/regions within/cross Group IT

Required competencies
• Relevant university degree, Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience in developing and coaching people, Experience from leadership in a global context
• Strong experience from working in an IT delivery organization including solid knowledge about methods used
• Experience relevant for Portals and eCom domains
• Ability to drive change
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement, Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
