hela Sverige Your job will be to lead a business critical part of DCL Diagnostics delivery and the job is a natural step towards a management position in the growing Aftermarket business.
Presently within the Global Diagnostic Portfolio, we are involved in creation of a Global Diagnostics Service Platform that will cater to the needs of different TD/BA by providing services in the Diagnostics domain. You will be responsible to lead a team of highly skilled personnel working in this upcoming platform. The platform being in development stage also provides many opportunities for you to learn and develop in this domain.
You will be responsible to manage agreed estimations on cost, time and quality. You are as leader responsible for team and culture development to secure proper capacity and capability for this delivery in DCL (Deliver and Develop Customer Loyalty). You are expected to support the increasing maturity of our innovative mind-set and activities, also support the Delivery Manager and Line manager to identify competence and development needs, develop team members skills and plan time for individual training, cross training for the team and knowledge sharing, a great opportunity towards management position and grow your business knowledge and network.
You are highly involved in the operational work, so we are expecting you to have good knowledge and experience in IT domain and the business solution processes related to the Aftermarket business.
As Delivery Leader, you will report to the Delivery Manager (DM) who has the overall responsibility for the Solution delivery. The Delivery Leader IT collaborates with other Delivery Leaders globally, Solution Leader (SL), Project Manager (PM), and IT Architect (ITA) on business aspects of the daily delivery.
You manage a team, external suppliers and other partners that works with IT related changes, support, and maintenance and development activities.
Responsibilities and Powers
Cooperate with business and IT stakeholders to secure efficient deliveries for assigned global solutions/services
Responsible for securing IT delivery in line with decided directives and frameworks
Expand horizontal knowledge in the area of responsibility
Responsible for manage requirements for IT support organization capable to fulfil SLA
Responsible for validation of production changes
Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable
Cooperate with Group IT functions and partners to secure an efficient IT delivery
Secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team's activities
Report on agreed KPI's
Initiate, support, drive and implement continuous improvement activities - here innovation is very central to grow as part of the normal operation
Build open, honest and collaborative mind-set within the team
Ensure communication / collection / sharing relevant information with stakeholders, team members, and partners in a systematic way
Report to the DM and Project management where applicable, providing information about results and deviations regarding activities and plans
Personnel
Act as a mentor and coach for colleague, give support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance
Initiate and encourage development activities for the team members in cooperation with the respective Line Manager
Identify competence needs and secure capacity to deliver according to commitments
Plan time for training and development for team members within in the team's delivery assignment
Support Line Manager in the assessment of team members
Introduce new team members
