You will be part of an engaged and high paced team in an international and multicultural environment within a department developing and supporting our future IT solutions in the production and distribution area. We find ourselves on the cusp of a transformation with heavy investments to transform and modernize our overall IT architecture. We are supporting the Volvo Group's Digital ambitions to become a fully agile, data-driven company, and we are building the foundations, supported by improved use of digital data through its lifecycle.
The team of Manufacturing is highly focus on the digital transformation and we are on a journey into new ways of working. We target the Penta Manufacturing digital solutions and covering the end-to-end core processes. We are driving several exciting transformation projects and initiatives to digitalize our business processes and leverage the value of data and become a fully data-driven company.
Our existing IT solutions comprises of a mix of varied technologies mainly Commercial Off the shelf (COTS) IT solutions and SaaS solutions from vendors. Our ERP system is JD Edwards.
We are searching for a delivery leader who can lead the transformation journey of moving toward Agile set up with a Scrum master for the Manufacturing teams.

You have experience from different frameworks and models of how to work with agility and flow - and you constantly adapt to different situations by using a pragmatic coaching approach. You support the team to build an agile, and DevSecOps mindset. You are responsible for securing the IT delivery according to the cost, time and quality. You support the Delivery Manager and is highly involved in the operational work.
You have a passion for coaching & building teams, and you support the team with their needs keeping the ownership. You need to think change management is fun and good at implementing change.
We believe that you are a delivery Leader / Scrum Master who has previously coached teams to become high performing. You have an experience in cross-functional collaboration, large-scale system design, and hands-on software development. Familiarity with SAFe and previous work as Jira administrator, driving change initiatives, would also be beneficial. If you have knowledge on ERP systems like JDE, SAP, Oracle with planning skills and integration, which is a strong advantage. We are on a transformation journey and the change is in your hands.
