We are now expanding our Data Governance and Strategy team in our Analytics organization, an exciting opportunity to join the journey to strengthen our analytical foundation and leverage data for new insights. The Data Governance team is responsible for building and securing Data Governance in Analytics, supported by our Data Governance tool suite. We play a key part in building our new target hybrid cloud foundation for Analytics in Telia Company. In this role you will be reporting directly to Karolina Perzon, Head of Governance & Strategy in Insights & Data Office and Data & Analytics.
Is this your next opportunity?
You will have a key role in the Analytics Data Governance team, leading and coordinating development in our data governance tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Analytics IT and local Analytics units and play a central part in setting the strategic target for the data governance tool suite and its scaling. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading developers and coordinate development in data governance tools (data catalog, data lineage, data quality engine)
Planning and executing PI planning and monthly sprint planning
Driving roll-out of Data Governance tools in our six markets, coordinating with key local stakeholders
Alignment towards Analytics platforms securing priority where dependencies exist
Providing input for resource requirements for new tool development
Contribute to setting strategic targets and plan for Data Governance tool suite
In this role you will be part of the Insight & Data Office team in Telia Analytics in Stockholm. You will work with a wide set of stakeholders including Developers, country leads, senior Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Data Architects. While this role is a leadership role, you will not have employees reporting directly to you.

Is this you?
You are someone structured with passion and experience from delivering strong IT solutions. You have previously worked with driving prioritization and value realisation from tool implementation or transformations. You are communicative and enjoy working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to find solutions and best practices.
Your personality:
Structured and result oriented
Understands and anticipates business needs and demonstrates it in suggested solutions
Strong communicator with good storytelling skills
Brings about change by campaigning for critical issues and decisions
Can develop and align short and long-term goals with the big picture
Your Experience:
5+ years experience in working with IT development
Experience in leading teams and development according to Agile framework (certification is meriting)
Experience in stakeholder management and change management
Professional proficiency in English spoken and written
