Job Description
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for part of Evolution Gaming's games, features or back office products.
Responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations.
Responsible for the process accomplishment of performed main duties and results
Responsible for trusted work resources and items.
The employee is responsible for the compliance and accuracy of the provided information.
Responsible for the compliance of actions to internal regulations and instructions.
You will also be responsible for other activities related to person safety.
Duties:
Help to evaluate people level and productivity:
Help detect resource insufficiency or overabundance and work together with POs and PMs to escalate this need.
Give and receive feedback, and encourage others to do the same. Work with other team members (GDs, ADs) to find improvement opportunities and implementing them. Encourage a healthy, open work atmosphere and culture.
Help your team to resolve their concerns where possible, escalate where not possible.
Coach Product Delivery Managers, Project Coordinators; support and guide them in the delivery on set roadmaps and goals.
Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.
Qualifications
Higher education in Economics, Information Technology or its acquisition or a longer-term work experience in the Information technology sector, project management and team lead experience.
Excellent knowledge of English.
A profound knowledge of gaming industry, general ownership.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
A high sense of responsibility.
The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks.
Able to work in fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptable in their approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
A minimum of 3 years' experience in product management or business analysis is imperative.
Product management experience in systems integrations projects
Experience in leading, motivating, hiring, and retaining people.
