hela Sverige We are seeking a delivery executive (DE) for one of Tieto's largest customers.
The DE works closely together with and reports to the Customer executive
The DE is accountable for all the deliveries (contract fulfilment) towards the customer.
The DE is:
Responsible for add-on sales growth and meeting profitability targets
Responsible for mobilizing the Delivery Teams from various service units for customer sales, deliveries and contract fulfilment
Accountable for managing the Delivery Teams (including employee performance management in projects and services)
Accountable for the delivery:
initiates projects with a Project directive, and appoints and supports the Project managers by active commitment in the projects
is responsible that a risky and/or deviating project gets reported
is responsible for updating the project directive during project's life cycle
Strong commercial project and program management skills acquired through extensive experience in the professional IT services industry
Extensive experience with all aspects of the application management life cycle
Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe
Ability to interact at all levels of the customer organization and within Tieto
Relevant higher education - for instance in software engineering or business administration
Fluent in English
Based in Stockholm
Willing to travel (45-60 days per year) - typically shorter trips but occasionally to India
