As a Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
You will also be closely involved in the build-pipe of our game, working on continuous testing and setting up automation testing.
Tasks include:
- Ownership of our build environment, which includes ongoing maintenance and improvement
- Continuous profiling & performance benchmarking
- Continuous game testing & bug testing
- Creating and modifying test cases
- Creating and maintaining documentation of the build/release process
- Manage technical checklists for releases
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and dash-boarding to improve the observability of player experience & statistics
- Define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features/releases
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional testing experience in the video games industry.
- Experience in test design and execution
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of bug tracking software (e.g. JIRA)
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Good time & self-organization skills.
- A holistic approach to problem-solving
- Friendly and enthusiastic to be around
