We are looking for a Delivery Assurance Manager ? IT IS Nordics. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Improve the Csat on Delivery and Thought leadership
• Attend QBR and monthly meetings
• Quality Assurance- Internally review the Delivery of Accounts with SDMs
• Bring rigor on delivery and manage escalations
• Support Delivery in engaging alliances and CoE locally
• Meet with Client Execs and Managers regularly & gauge health of relationship
• Effectively facilitate the IS Delivery managers for seamless and quality operations
• Escalation and Crises management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 20 + year of experience in following
• Program Management
• Consulting , Solution & Delivery
• Operational Excellence
• New business framework
• Resource Management
• Business Process implementation and Management
