We are now looking for an IT Service Responsible (ISR) to one of our delivery areas called Product, that is supporting the H&M business with IT solutions for the product development process for all of H&M products. As an ISR, you are overall responsible for the IT delivery for the area. You lead the delivery area management team and are responsible for driving the delivery area forward.
This specific delivery area consists of several systems/projects and employs around 70 people. Some systems are developed in-house whereas others are standard systems. Due to the constant evolvement of our business, there is a high degree of new development in our systems and a continuous inflow of new initiatives and projects. The area has an exciting and challenging journey ahead of itself and needs an experienced and communicative leader to show the way.
We are working very closely with our business functions, and as an ISR you are expected to establish good relations with our business and to understand their needs and challenges to provide the best IT solutions possible. Therefore, it is important that you have good relationship building - and communication skills, and that you are business minded.
You will also be the leader of a large delivery area and will be overall responsible for driving the area forward from an organizational, process and people perspective. We want you to have a strategic mindset and look at questions from different angles with a long-term perspective. Since you will lead System Responsibles and IT Project Managers it is also important that you are an experienced leader with strong coaching and delegation skills, that build teams by engaging and inspiring your team members. You also listen, communicate and resolve conflicts in a smooth way. You have a positive mindset and strong power to drive tasks forward and embracing challenges.
To conclude, we are looking for a person that has the competence and skills to drive great IT deliveries, and at the same time successfully lead and develop the area as such.
Your responsibilities
The job of an IT system Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your responsibilities include:
• Overall delivery and budget responsible for the delivery area
• Leading the Delivery Area management team consisting of staff responsible, sourcing responsible and area architects.
• Responsible for defining and driving the delivery area's strategic work in line with the division goals
• Together with business and BOPO division maintain a delivery roadmap for the area and make sure that the right pre-requisites are in place to execute on this roadmap
• Act as IT project owner and participate in Steering Groups
• Lead and coach the leaders within the area in their daily work and challenges
• Together with the sourcing responsible manage vendors and drive the offshoring journey for the area
• Actively drive for IT to be a relevant part in the business development for our business, and take responsibility for the delivery of the right IT solutions to meet business demands

And your skills include:
• Several years of experience as leader for a larger team
• Experience of being budget responsible
• Experience of acting as a member of a management/leadership team or similar
• Senior experience from driving or steering complex IT projects, both inhouse developed systems and standard systems.
• Knowledge and interest in system development and agile development methods
• Experience from procurement of IT solutions, both software and implementation projects
• Practical experience from steering committee work, either as project manager or as member of a steering committee
• Hands-on experience from offshore deliveries
• Good Swedish and English communication skills
Any of the following is merited:
• Interest in and preferable experience from the PLM domain
The role is 100% and is based in Stockholm, Marievik.
