hela Sverige Prepare, package and label sushi trays according to Costco formulas and diagrams, maintaining quality and uniformity. Cut and prepare fish and other ingredients necessary to assemble sushi trays for sale. Use a mixing machine and automatic rice cooker. Ensure compliance with health and safety code by maintaining cleanliness, monitoring temperatures and expiration dates of products. Clean and disinfect equipment, operate commercial dishwashers. Receive and stock goods in the sushi department, perform inventory control.
Fill refrigerated sushi displays with prepared sushi trays. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Required Skills, Abilities and Certifications
Minimum 2 years recent and relevant experience in sushi preparation.
Preferred knowledge and skills: Competence in cutting and preparing salmon, tuna and hamachi.
