Thule Group are now searching for a Test Engineer focusing on dynamic testing to their state of the art Global Test Centre in Hillerstorp, close to Värnamo.
Tests of our products are performed for a global use and the amount of test requirements are increasing and the team has to be strengthened up with a new talented member.
As a Test Engineer you will be involved in the development of new products such as equipment for cycling-, water- and winter sports, roof boxes, multi-functional strollers and bags etc.
In your daily work you will perform dynamic tests of components and complete products according the highest standards and demands from a local legislation perspective. You will work in close collaboration with our Manager for Dynamic & Environmental Testing as well as other team members by planning and following up test results through the development process. You will also play a key role when it comes to creating test plans, translating standards into best practise test methods as well as developing test methods and designing test fixtures for test rigs.

Your profile:
As our new Test Engineer focusing on Dynamic Testing you are a curious seeker of new knowledge and comfortable in challenging set ways of working and old truths. You easily switch between deep analysis of regulation- and standard texts and the hands on approach of testing our products. Naturally you have a great technical interest as well as the ability to communicate and grasp higher level of the technical language. Former experience and proven success of testing, preferably dynamic testing, is an important part of your profile. You have an academic degree in Engineering e.g. Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, as well as fluency in English and Swedish.
