Your role
We are now looking for a Business Unit (BU) controller for BU Gripen Support. Your role as BU controller is to be the Head of BU Gripen Support's right hand in all financial matters within the BU. You will lead a team of experienced and dedicated controllers, who are located in Linköping and Arboga.
Responsibilities in this role also include:
* Efficient and business oriented financial management
* Financial planning and financial reporting for the BU, including preparing and participating in financial audits
* Internal control and self-assessment
* Secure profitable ongoing and future business through high personal involvement
* Together with the BU management team create prerequisites for long-term growth and proactively secure fulfilment of financial goals.
You will join Business Area Support and Services' financial management team and you will report to the Business Area's CFO. You will also join the BU Gripen Support management team and be a key individual in developing the BU to further increase success in a changing and expansive phase. You will report operationally to the Head of BU Gripen Support.
Your profile

You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner.
You have a solid financial background, both regarding formal education and work experience and you have proven leadership skills. You fulfill commitments and deliver on targets, and display a good attitude with good judgement and high ethics, as well as high degree of personal integrity and maturity.
You also enjoy a business oriented and changing environment. To succeed in this role you need to be a true team player who promotes co-operation, communication and transparency across all interfaces.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
What you will be a part of
Business Area Support and Services supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defense and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
Business Unit Gripen Support manages Gripen business within Support and Services and provides a focal point for customers and partners. The BU provides support for the Gripen System including a range of products and services.
