Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Dealer Performance is, within Commercial Operations, responsible for the performance and development of the captive Scania network. The Business Units are governed by a board and are managed by the Executive Regional Director and the Business Unit Management Team.

Dealer Performance works in close cooperation with the Executive Regional Director and the Business Units Management team, carrying out a broad variety of tasks with the overall target to develop the network.

The position as Dealer Performance offers a unique insight into the Scania commercial business, steering models and closeness to decisions. This position also gives an excellent contact network on a high level within Scania.

This is a temporary assignment during 1 year focused on the sales process.

Main Reponsibilities

• Set methods & tools to standardize and improve sales performance.
• Develop Scania standards to be implemented at BU's, concerning the sales processes.
• Frequent visits and interviews at workshops, dealers and distributors, to identify the current situation.
• Analyses and conclusions from the current situation assessments.
• Propose actions to improve working standards / performance.
• Define quantitative KPI's
• Follow-up of decided actions.



Your profile
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, service and business minded person with good knowledge of commercial processes.

We believe that you have an academic background and an extensive experience in sales of commercial vehicles.

You also have experience of working with management teams in an international environment.

A very good level of English is a requirement, and knowledge of other relevant languages is of course an asset.
