Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

By digitalising our flows and standards we are challenging how we faster can learn and deploying capabilities in order to further improve the customers' business, the vehicle availability and the service business growth.

The Workshop and Contract Administration department is a team that today consist of Contracted services development mangers, Business IT analysts and Project managers. We are working in close collaboration with the markets with the aim to reduce contract administration. To further strengthen our processes and minimize waste, we also continuously set demands and challenge out IT landscape.

Our vision is a flow efficient contract administration process to support lower cost per contract!

Job description
We are now searching for a new Dealer development manager within the Contracted Services Administration team to strengthen our team in the digital transformation journey. In this role you will develop, maintain and implement workshop and contract processes and standards, with focus on reducing manual administration. We are currently moving into a more agile way of working which means that the development work will be done in cross functional teams, including market representatives, and that the result will be delivered continuously in small steps.

Your profile
Attitude and a great interest in learning and exploring new things are key attributes we are looking for. An ability to plan, organize and prioritize from a holistic view would also be a benefit. Since much of the work will be done in cross functional teams we expect that you appreciate being part of a team and to reach result in close cooperation with your co-workers. You also have good communication skills and have the ability to get people "onboard" and engaged.

We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience from working with contracted services and/or from the Scania Service Network.
