Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Dealer Operations (BTW) focus to strengthen the capability of the global service and dealer network to reach the defined service targets by providing standardized processes, tools, systems and training.

In order to meet global connectivity and digitalisation trends, Dealer Operations is in an intensive and exciting period with many changes on how we interact with our service and dealer network, in terms of implementing services and by introducing global processes and standards globally in our network. We work agile with developments, improvements and also in the line-work.

We at Commercial Service Methods (BTWC), focus on the Commercial topics for the global service and dealer network. As a Dealer Development Manager within BTWC you will be an important player both in internal as well as cross functional teams.

We are looking for a Dealer Development Manager that can contribute to fulfil the Commercial Operation strategy.

• Strategy and strategy deployment
• Describe, drive developments, improve, maintain, implement and train in the main services processes incl. standards within the service and dealer network.
• Define most efficient organisations and role descriptions for the global service and dealer network
• Define and put valuable demands on:

• Support tools
• Products
• Competences and trainings
• Core processes

Your profile
In this position, we expect that you're a driving and engaging person who have a great interest in the commercial side of our business. You take initiatives, sees possibilities and are eager to reach your own and your team 's goals. You have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize. You are a strong individual who can anchor decisions and collaboration forms between departments. You have good communication skills and are able to take discussions with all levels.

It is important that you have the ability to establish networks both within and outside Scania.

Your background and experiences are, several years within the service network preferably from commercial vehicles industry, both from BU and retail level. You have been working with commercial questions as service sales, sales strategies, sales processes, trainings, demands statements etc. It's important that you understand the customer's business and the customer's business needs.

The position requires that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit. Travelling will be required.
