We are looking for a new colleague to take over a position as Danaher Business System Leader at HemoCue. The DBS Leader is responsible for accelerating HemoCue organic growth and sustaining results by leading the development, promotion, implementation and usage of DBS tools to drive sustained change/improvement in in all functional processes across HemoCue.

The job

This position plays a key role in our global organization and the main challenges ahead for the person will among other include:

Implementing and sustaining Danaher Business System (based on Toyota Production System - TPS) continuous improvement activities in all major lean disciplines and in alignment with strategic initiatives and other DBS pillar initiatives associated with growth and leadership. Serving as a change facilitator, developing and collaborating with site and function DBS leaders, and influencing HemoCue leadership in the transformation to and/or in support of a continuous improvement culture. Facilitating and/or conducting lean, growth and leadership training programs, Kaizen events, and other lean initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the VP Team in developing roadmap for achieving higher organic growth and innovation Develop team and organization Continuously improve DBS growth tools Assist in achieving HemoCue Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives
Formal Education

BSc or BA Degree in Engineering/ Science required (MBA strongly preferred ) Lean manufacturing (related) training required
Qualifications

5+ years of  demonstrated experience of  Toyota Productions System and methodologies such as A3 Development and Management, Process Flow Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, 5S/Visual Factory, TPM, QCO-SMED, Standard Work, Process Problem Solving, Built In Quality, Just In Time, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement, Hoshin Kanri method and Lean ROIA. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Operations or Project Management discipline Extensive Gemba based continuous improvement based tools/techniques Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally Independence and good judgment, positive attitude, and an innovative spirit Ability to mentor and facilitate lean culture change in an environment with varying acceptance and across diverse business environments Ability to work and influence all levels of the organization from Senior Leaders, Functional Leaders to project managers and practitioners in all functional areas Fluent English - written and spoken (business level)
