hela Sverige We are looking for 2 Datacenter support technicians to help operate 3 customer datacenters in the Göteborg/Mölndal area. We are looking to fill the position ASAP.
We provide 24/7/365 hand and eyes support to our customers. Right now we have an opening for support in a customer's Stockholm facilities. You will be working with the customer on a 6 month project. There is the possibility that this will be extended
This role will require some of the following:
• Installation and removal of servers and network equipment
• Troubleshooting server and network issues with remote technicians
• Fiber welding
• Rotate and document storage media
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
This could be the perfect introductory job for someone interested in IT and cloud computing. Our team is multi-national and we speak a mix of English and Swedish on the job-site. This is a good job for someone learning Swedish as well.
EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. Particularly:
• Experience with fiber-optics
• Experience in a Datacenter
