We are currently looking for a Database Developer to the Poker Applications Development section. Our team at the office in central Stockholm is responsible for developing and maintaining our poker related products. As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and live betting. Working with us is both as serious as in a bank or a stock exchange and as fun and creative as in the gaming industry.
Your place at the table
As a Database Developer with bwin you will work in a creative environment with highly skilled and motivated colleagues. We work according to the SCRUM methodology and in small teams that are responsible for features throughout the process in design, coding and testing. You will be based within one of our four teams where your will be challenged to use your database/applications development skills. One of your main tasks will be to support fellow developers with expert knowledge in database modelling , sql optimization and database best practises.
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have at least 5 years’ experience from Database
Development/Administrator work with at least two of our three Technologies, Oracle, Microsoft SQLserver and MySQL.
Since you will be a part of an applications development team you need to have the ambition to develop your Java and .Net knowledge.

As a professional, you need to combine the qualities of a high achiever with being a natural team player. You also need a high sense of quality and accuracy. You have a strong drive and a positive attitude. You have good communication skills and enjoy working together with others as well as working independently.
