Skanska IT Nordic needs to be strengthened with one additional Oracle database administrator with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.

Job description

Skanska has one of the largest installations of Oracle E-Business Suite and the installation is in constant evolution with new releases and adjustments. The person hired for this position will be working in an exciting technical environment at the cutting edge with the latest technology. In addition to the general system administration work, you will participate in projects in close cooperation with other units within Skanska.

We offer you a challenging and highly stimulating work environment in a Nordic organization that works to deliver strategic services to Skanska's construction operations throughout the Nordic region.

As a database administrator, you will work with operations and maintenance of Skanska's internal systems. The common deliveries consist of Linux and Oracle (including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Grid Control). Key tasks in this position includes setup and maintenance of databases and operating systems.

It is highly appreciated if you have experience and expertise in several of the following areas:

• Installation / configuration / maintenance of operating systems and databases
• Backup / recovery / monitoring via Oracle GridControl
• Operation - and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite
• Design of platforms for new environments
• Linux Administration

Your background:

•
• You have worked at least 3 years with Oracle database administration and have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite
• You want to continue to develop as Oracle Database Administrator with Oracle E-Business Suite as the primary focus

• To succeed in the role as database administrator, you should have a great interest in technology as well as good knowledge of relational databases
