About the job
You will be part of a team that is responsible to administrate the sales tool IQ Wizard, which is a configuration and pricing tool as well as the product catalog for Disc Stack Separator products. The sales tool is developed for Alfa Laval and is an essential part in the sales process with over 1 000 users globally.
The team work according to SCRUM methodology and the daily work is activity and time based. In your daily work you will have contact with sales organization, supply chain, R&D and Sales Companies.
Job tasks
Maintenance, administration and quality assurance of incoming data. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to the end users. Furthermore, the role includes being part of continuous improvement.
Who are you?
We are looking for a self-driven person with a thorough and structured way to work. You perform independently, take initiative and drive activities across the organization. You are a good communicator, flexible and a team player. Furthermore, you have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
What you know
• Administrate database information
• Fluent in English, written and spoken form
• Experience from working with daily activity planning (SCRUM)
