sthlm strat lab is a young consultancy focused on leveraging data driven strategies to increase business growth for our customers. We are tech-savvy individuals that focus on creating the next generation of data driven companies through data-architecture and innovative strategies. We work with companies that have complex products/services, some of the industries we work with are: IoT, Industrial manufacturing, Edtech, and more. The goal for 2021 is to find the key players who want to have a central part of building the future of data driven growth in the nordics and Europe.
About the Role
As a Data strategist at sthlm strat lab, you live at the intersection of organisational development and external growth. You are strong in analytics, use data for decision making, measure marketing effectiveness, and create a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth through the product. You should have a strong business mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impacts over time. You should also have a solid understanding of KPI frameworks and technical hierarchies.What you will do:
• Work together with the team to execute the strategy for long-term growth
• Help design growth principles and the way we experiment for a fast, data-driven team
• Constantly track and compound learnings and distribute them in the organization and with clients
• Analyze the data to detect improvement opportunities and define growth hypothesis
• Work both internally and externally with strategies for achieving better results
We think you have:
• 1-3 years of experience in project development positions at fast-growing startups/scale-ups.
• strong leadership skills and can facilitate workshops.
• great knowledge in digital analysis and user research.
• a get-it-done attitude.
• clear communication.
• experience from experiments in a high tempo.
• working capacity in written and spoken Swedish and English.
