This assignment as a Data Specialist within Talent Acquisition, will be performed by our popular client with an office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job Description
We are looking for a Data Specialist within Talent Acquisition to our popular client who is an IT-company with a banking license. For this role, you will join a dedicated global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive recruitment support to the company's managers in making sure that the right talent is hired. You will be the expert in recruitment software process and the data specialist in the team and manage data and secure statistics. Moreover, you will analyze, prepare and hold presentations of data and statistics, as well as perform data clean-ups and handle TA case management system. Finally, you will manage various candidate and manager contacts and collaborate with partners cross HR globally and stakeholders from the entire company with recruiting managers being a key partner.

To succeed in the role as Data Specialist within Talent Acquistion in a global company, you need to be self-driven and motivated by clear responsibilities and broad collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and all of the staff in the TA-team. Besides thriving in a great team, you need to have a great curiosity, motivation and professionalism.
Salary
Salary, by agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-08-15 and is expected to run until 2023-02-13 with great chance for extension.
