Our department, Active Safety, consist of over 400 ambitious and skilled engineers and is responsible for all the way from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers. The department is responsible of the Product Stream, Autonomous Drive and consist of four Agile Release Trains (ART's):

* Advanced Driver Assistance System
* Protective Safety
* Vehicle Motion Control
* Autonomous Drive Function, Software & Sensor Platform

Within the product stream, we develop systems such as Collision Avoidance, Automatic Parking, Driver Support and Brake system Software. We develop and integrate system and functionality into a complete product, encompassing SW, HW and sensors as radar, camera, ultrasonic and lidar, that build a comprehensive perception of the surroundings.



We are now looking for a number of colleagues to establish a Data Factory within our Product Stream Autonomous Drive.



What will you do?

You will be part of a Data Factory team whose purpose is to lead and coordinate activities connected to data collection and data generation to fulfil the development team's requirement and needs. It can be to work with existing solutions and strategies but also to work with new technology, methods and strategies.

You will work in close collaboration with the development organisation within our area but also with colleagues in US and China.


What do you need to have?
To be successful in this job, we see that you have at least 4-7 years of relevant work experience. Preferably, you would like to work in an agile environment (we love agile!).

* Have a relevant academic background and experience
+ MSc degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics or related field (a PhD degree or research exposure in data analysis and machine learning we consider as meritorious)
* Advanced and agile programming skills for data processing and analysis
* Clear understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
* You have SW, system design or electrical engineering development experience
* Be able to master the English language

This is a position where we will not tell you how to do things; we count on you telling us how to develop the best data factory for the needs of our area of responsibility.
