We help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy to create a competitive advantage.We are currently looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our fast growing Data & Analytics team in Stockholm. We have ambitious plans and are looking for individuals who can develop and build our go-to-market propositions and excel in client delivery.Responsibilities Our Data & Analytics team work with clients to deliver crucial insight through data analytics, advanced modelling and data visualisation. We also help our clients to establish the right controls, processes and structures to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information. We often assure that information and data provided to regulators and third parties is accurate, complete and can be trusted.As a Data Scientist, you will work through our clients' entire data ecosystem to understand what's available, what's missing - and where to find and collect that information. You will develop, implement and maintain effective programs around all elements of data engineering and modeling with a constant eye toward continuous improvement.Working as a Data Scientist in our team means that you will have the opportunity to create valuable, transformative business strategies through the measurement, manipulation, reporting and dissemination of broad sets of data. You will apply and advise on state-of-the-art advanced analytic and quantitative tools and modeling techniques in order to derive business insights, solve complex business problems and improve decisions. You will review, support and advise on the day-to-day analytics requirements of clients' key operational processes while continually improving the impact of these processes.Preferred skillsTo succeed in this role, you have BSc/MSc in applied statistics, mathematics or equivalent and about 10 years of experience in application of Data Mining Techniques, Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning to solve problems in various domains. You have good understanding of Machine Learning techniques, Regression, Random Forest, Decision Tree, Segmentation, Clustering, Scoring, developing predictive analytics models using Python, SAS and Tableau. You have been working with a variety of problems like Customer Segmentation, Churn Model, Upsell Model, Cross-sell Model and Tele-marketing optimization as well as developed analytical solutions using statistical models based on understanding of business problems,evaluated & validated the model performance and implemented & tracked the model performance. Proficient in Statistics Models, Python, PySpark, SAS, Machine learning, Visualization, database concepts.As a person you have strong problem solving and data interpretation skills; experience in analyzing large data sets and experience in communicating analyses and fielding questions from senior executive team. You are delivery-oriented, able to lead and execute modeling efforts from start to finish. You are expected to lead customer life cycle predictive modeling function, should be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
