hela Sverige Croisette is looking for an experienced data scientist and automation specialist with a demonstrated experience in real estate market research, property development, urban planning, and automation domains.
Role description
Participate in developing tools, and services within property data analysis, and communicating them internally and externally.
Provide support to Croisette business areas in transactions, valuations, etc, through automation systems.
Develop case-specific analytic methods in relation to Croisette business areas, following Croisette strategic plans.
Advise and support in the development of data-driven methods to all Croisette business areas and markets.
Responsible for consultancy services within property development, for new construction and refurbishment.
Represent Croisette and its initiative in data science and automation internally and externally.
Requirements
Graduate of real estate, engineering or urban planning Master's program, with minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Qualification or license in property analysis and valuation.
Experience and contact network within the property market.
Experience in CAD, GIS, 3D software, and analytic software.
Experience in socio-economic and spatial research methodologies.
Experience in the Swedish building and urban planning process.
Documented skills in data management and analysis.
Documented skills in automation and generative methodologies.
Documented skills in text-based scripting and programming (Python) .
English fluency in speaking and writing, and sufficient knowledge in Swedish.
