Ongoing digitalization, together with virtualization and the introduction of 5G is driving new opportunities for service providers. At Ericsson Digital Services, we help service providers prosper in the digital economy. From improving the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility - levels that digital natives call home.
We are now looking for a Data Scientist with interest in Cloud Native Technologies and Microservice Architectures. Like you, we believe software is more than just a job! Furthermore, we believe you are results-oriented, curious, innovative and collaborative.
We cater to the 5G Eco system and plan to incorporate AI to reduce TCO, Automate and build quality microservices, examples can be to reduce trouble shooting, improve CI/CD, predict possible bugs etc.
We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods like Lean and Scrum to create a product that excels. Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, international and highly independent. This requires maturity and a 'team first' approach, which may not be right for everyone, but which we believe is the best way to build great software.
We are constantly improving our ways of working. We are not perfect and not afraid to say so. We are on a journey, and we know we have many problems to tackle, and we need to learn new things on the way!
What you will do
Be part of a high-performance team in charge of analyzing, implementing and verifying requirements on microservices.
You will bring
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
A passion to learn and develop new skills.
A curious and innovative approach.
Preferably some knowledge on Software Container Fundamentals and some working experience with Kubernetes.
