Asa Data Scientist you will createinsights and modelsthat will drive our decision making: from sub-second customer responses to strategic initiatives.This way youensure that we deliver the best possiblefinancial product wherever Northmill is present.
What you'll do
• Collect, manipulate and visualize data using tools like R, SQL and QlikSense
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Create and implement sophisticated statistical models that help us make great customer-level decisions and communication
Who you are
• Equally good understanding of data, numbers and business
• Know your way around data manipulation and visualization tools, preferably R, SQL and/or QlikSense
• Able to confidently communicate not only your results but also your suggestions
• The eye of a hawk in spotting data quality issues and the mind of a detective to resolve them
• Since we are still a small team you are ready to face big, varied projectsand take on a lot of responsibility
• Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics or computer science
• Fluent in Swedish and English
We would love if you also
• Are interested in banking and the financial industry
• Have experience from working in a quantitative role such as analysis or accounting
