We have already created significant value from ML across several areas, but see clear untapped potential in applying it more deeply within marketing to improve ROI. We are now looking for a Data Scientist who will focus on marketing and drive measurable business impact through close collaboration with marketing teams across our markets.
What you will do
- Build, deploy, and improve machine learning models that optimize marketing performance across markets.
- Apply ML to improve bidding efficiency, attribution, and CRM effectiveness.
- Partner with marketers and business developers as a trusted advisor to drive ROI through effective use of ML.
- Ensure models are production-ready and deliver measurable, continuous business value.
- Design, analyze, and interpret MMM, experiments, and causal analyses to guide marketing investment decisions.
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities where ML can improve marketing efficiency.

What you bring
- +3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar applied ML role.
- Good understanding of marketing use cases such as bidding optimization, attribution, and CRM.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive measurable business results with data and ML.
- Takes initiative to identify, shape, and drive ML opportunities end-to-end, from idea to measurable business impact.
- Proven experience designing and interpreting MMM or incrementality tests to guide marketing investment decisions.
- Strong modeling expertise, with deep knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods, including when and how to apply them in a marketing context.
- Strong Python programming skills.
Very nice to have
- Deep understanding of how ad bidding algorithms work and how machine learning can be used to influence, complement, or optimize them.
- Experience deploying, running, and monitoring machine learning models in production using a modern tech stack (e.g. Kubernetes, GCP, ArgoCD).
